11/7 Candle Spell for Good Luck
In many practices the numbers 11 and 7 are seen as incredibly Lucky. Today is 11/7, making it an auspicious day for workings that call in luck to the caster. The following candle spell will help you harness the luck inherent in this numerological alignment.
You will need:
Two Candles:
Green, Orange, Gold, or White
Something To Carve The Candles
Alfalfa & Oregano
Luck/Anointing Oil
Sandalwood Incense
Step One:
Set an intention for the spell. Where do you need luck most right now?
Step Two:
Carve a word or a symbol that represents your intention into the candle
Step Three:
Anoint and Dress your candle: Rub the oil from the top of the candle to the bottom. Roll the candle in the Alfalfa and Oregano. If you do not wish to roll the candle you can sprinkle the herbs around the candle holders.
Step Four:
Light the candle for 11 minutes per day for 11 days.
Say the following incantation as you do:
"By the candle's gentle glow,
Luck and blessings easily flow.
Fortune find its way to me,
As I will, so mote it be. "
Step Five:
While lighting the candle and reciting the incantation, focus your thoughts and energy on the intention you set in Step One. Visualize the lucky energy you are summoning and imagine it surrounding you in a protective and empowering aura.
Step Six:
As you continue this daily ritual for 11 days, be sure to keep your mind open to signs and opportunities that may come your way. These can be subtle or obvious, but remain attentive to them.
Step Seven:
After completing the 11 days, allow the candles to burn out completely. Dispose of any remaining candle wax and herbs appropriately. You can bury them in your garden or release them into flowing water, symbolizing the release of your intentions into the universe.
Step Eight:
Take a few moments to express gratitude for the luck that you have invoked and for the opportunities that have come your way. Feel thankful for the abundance and good fortune that is now part of your life.
