What happens when you stop trying to make “good art” and allow the image to reveal itself? Vision Flow is a guided intuitive painting experience designed to help you quiet the analytical mind, deepen your connection with your own inner knowing, and create from a place beyond planning, perfection, or performance. Andrea will lead you through meditation and mindful creative practices before inviting you into a spontaneous painting process. Rather than beginning with a fixed idea of what your work should become, you’ll learn to follow color, movement, emotion, symbol, and instinct as the painting unfolds. This is not a traditional painting class, and Andrea will not be teaching you to reproduce a particular image. Vision Flow is an opportunity to explore what emerges when you release control, trust the next brushstroke, and allow creativity to become a form of listening. During the workshop, you’ll explore: Guided meditation to settle the mind and open the creative senses Intuitive methods for choosing colors, shapes, and movement Painting without overthinking or judging the result Recognizing personal imagery, emotion, and symbolism within your work Using the creative process as a way to connect more deeply with yourself and Spirit No art experience is necessary. You do not need to consider yourself artistic, psychic, or naturally creative. You only need a willingness to experiment, remain curious, and see what wants to come through. You’ll leave with your own original paintings and a new way of approaching creativity as an intuitive, meditative practice.
