Learn to Play Crystal Bowls

Service Description

Join Reiki Master Teacher Linda Burgess as she teaches you how to play crystal singing bowls. A beginners course where each participant will learn the correct way to approach the bowls, from setting them up, to creating intention for healing and how to intuitively create the frequencies that release the trapped energy of trauma that is naturally held in our cells. You don’t have to be a musician or any kind of expert to benefit yourself and others with the crystal bowls. A willing heart and an open channel are all that is required. “Crystal singing bowls are wonderful sound healing instruments that can heal and transform the body and mind.  The reason why singing bowls are so popular and powerful in the world of sound healing is because of their unique energetic vibrations. They can shift stuck energy whilst clearing blockages and restoring the mind, body, and soul into a more balanced state.  Sound baths are a powerful form of sound therapy, achieved through the emission of high vibrational frequencies, meant to guide the mind, body, and soul into deep relaxation, where healing can take place wherever necessary. They’re a transcending way to relax that can help participants de-stress, refresh, and let go of all that no longer serves them. “ This is an experiential class. Please wear comfortable clothing. You do not need to have a crystal bowl to participate in the class, but you may bring your own crystal bowl if you wish.
