Did you know that ancient christianity was TEEMING with magick, spells, and sorcery? And that people in power feared/coveted magick so much that if you practiced it, or hired a magician, and were found out, you would be put to death?
These spells, while christian in flavor, utilize magickal themes and practices far more ancient, that can be traced back to Thrace, Egypt, Ethiopia, Sumer, and back even further into the vestiges of history, before the written word.
Originally from approx 950 c.e. this spell calls upon angels and Jesus to bring abundance to the sorcerer's business (or home).
I've changed up the wording a little bit to make it flow a bit better, modernized some ingredients (no animals harmed here).
The sections in yellow can either be omitted, or changed to suit your needs.
A spell for gathering abundance:
PCM I 25
-Perform this spell when the moon is full (or on a waxing moon)
-Burn a ceremonial incense
the original spell calls for a mix of mastic, agarwood, styrax, musk, but any special occasion incense will do
-Using consecrated red ink, paint, or wine copy the image below on a piece of paper
the original spell calls for an ink made from the blood of a white dove and east facing water, and for the image to be painted on a plate of glass. The glass would be neat, or maybe a mirror too, but paper is fine.
-Say the following incantation while holding the image aloft to the moon:
Lord Jesus Christ,
grant a good gathering!
Draw before (insert name here)
and their workshop (or business or house)
The Archangels
Ananias, Azarias,
Misaēl, Athanaēl,
Manouēl, Akouēl,
Labaēl, Uriel, and Bmsaēl!
May they gather inside every thing,
whether garment or gold, or silver, or anything else good!
Come inside the house of (insert name here),
with all the race of Adam,
and all the children of Zoe,
and all the offspring of Ishmael
(this part is for calling in human customers to a business. It's asking for an influx of people, so if you want the blessings, but not the uptick of people, you can leave it out and the angels will default to the ones with hands full of blessings)
with their hands filled with every good thing!
May they bring them,
may they put them into the hands of (insert name here),
yea, yea, quickly!
-Place the drawing above or near the doorway of your home or business.
-Here is the image / amulet to draw, from the original ancient manuscript.
That stick figure teletubby guy is none other than the big JC himself!
I've traced it so you can discern the markings a bit better,
but feel free to make it your own.
